No service for Days

I reported a Fault on my landline 3 days ago and the issue still has not been sorted out. I receved a call on Monday from Telkom claiming that a technician tried to call and nobody was at the premises coz they did not know my unit Number. This even though its a fixed Landline with my address on the system. And despite there being a family member at home the whole day. Now 2 days later and still no technician. The call centre 10210 says they cannot help or track progress. Utterly ridiculous service e from Telkom
