NO SERVICE FOR ALMOST A MONTH

<p>Let me start by saying Telkom is Pathetic with useless customer service. i've been complaining about a fault in my line since November 13th, and till today.. nothing!!! the line WAS broken and scratchy, but no there is nothing, completely dead!!! yet when these greedy fools expect payment, they want it on the turn, immediately!! its no wonder the country sees you guys the way we do! </p> <p> </p> <p>promising techs are coming out to attend to the issue, but nothing. then a random, rude nut calls after 5 one evening, asks if the problem still persists, and drops the call!!</p> <p> </p> <p>you guys suck !!!</p>
