No service for almost 3 weeks

I wish I dont even have to give 1 star. Telkom has been off for almost 3 weeks in our area. Ref number 255372. I called Telkom today and this lady advises me there is no no no update on the technicians system. She flagged the problem with a new reference number ********** .

So can I kindly ask since I have been asking for almost 3 weeks now, please provide us with a service, we are a paying customer. This matter is urgent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
