No Service for Almost 2 Months

Frank from Telkom .... in the words of Rhett Butler to Scarlet O'Hara in 'Gone with the Wind', I truly believe that, "Frankly, my dear, you don't give a damn!" It has been nearly 2 months now that we have been without service and despite multiple promises of fault escalations, cables being repaired and service being re-instated, nothing has been done! Remind me again just why I pay for a service that isn't delivered and you get paid to do a job that doesn't get done?
