No service for a month

I was in constant contact with the call center to get my fixed land line back in service. I have no service for more than a month. Every time I contact the call center, they inform me that they've escalated the matter. If it's escalated, why is it that I have no service for more than a month? Pathetic service from Telkom. I'm actually on the edge of cancelling the service and moving to a morr reliable source since Telkom thinks everyone needs them. Restore my service! I don't even have internet for more than a month.
