No service for 9 days

Business telephone lines went of 4 Jan , log a complain 5 Jan 175ctk050116 but no response. Hello Peter 5 days ago and got a automated repose but no service again. Call the call centre 7 Jan and spoke to witness who was very rude and and did not escalate like I ask him to. No my adsl line also went off yesterday. I'm trying to run a business and have a estamated daily loss of R10000 per day!!!!! This is an emergency clinic where clients can't get hold of me!!<br> Please don't reply with a automated response again and sent out a technician today or business cancellation policy so that I can change to a company like noetel that acqually have costomer service
