No service for 7 WEEKS!!!

<p>I have experienced intermittant internet service from my ADSL line for most of 2017, I reported, it was fixed, then it was down, reported, fixed... down</p> <p> </p> <p>THEN, my phone stopped working! The screen on my hand held says "check the line", I reoprted faults, I have followed up, I have escalated, followed up again, the fault was logged on the 14th November 2017, it was escalated the week before Christmas, I was told that the fault was a cable and would be replaced by a technician on the 29th December... I followed up today as there is still no service AT ALL and was told that the fault was closed on the 31st of December, no other details were given...</p> <p> </p> <p>The lady helping me (Samela, please excuse my spelling if I am wrong) offered to re-log another fault and then explained the cost involved should the fault be on my sidfe (how?) which is over R1000 and I requested to speak to her manager... I was on the phone for 26 mins and then Samela said that her manager would call me back... it is now 18:13 and I still have not heard from anyone.<br /><br />Telkom, I am running a Nursery School where I am unable to do billing, email, messaging, website updates or checks, no work in fact because I have no internet, cutting into my family time as I have to go home to work, added stress due to working hours being longer, larger bills on my cell phone because I have to use my personal data and calls, I am still paying for my BUSINESS account, what would YOU do if you had no internet?<br /><br />Secondly, how much business do you think I've lost because no one can contact me on the phone for enquiries? The phone continuously rings... what terrible service is my school offering if no one can communicate with me via telephone? How would YOU run if no one could contact you on the telephone?</p> <p> </p> <p>Somebody PLEASE take this seriously and sort it out</p>
