No Service for 6 weeks, but all to happy to take my cash

Frustrated beyond believe! Every Friday when I get home, my internet is offline. And stays that way for 4-5 days, just to go offline again the next Friday. This has been the case for the last 6 weeks, with NO feedback from telkom. I've used 0% of my cap in the last two months, purely because I have no internet when I need it. (mostly over weekends)

I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting - and telkom's got no problem with taking money for nothing in return.
