No service for 4 Days on Buisness lines
No service on business line for 4 days No communication either Promised to resolve problem within 24 hours when problem was first logged

08 Apr 2018, 14:17Igsaan requested that I Respond privately, which I did. He asked me to reboot my ADSL modem. It is obvious he has not looked into my complaint. If he did then he would have known the problem is with the line and not ADSL. It’s week 7 and no progress made to resolving my issues on a business line.
