NO SERVICE FOR 3 MONTHS

I Requested to relocate my fiber on the 25 July, Telkom cut me off the following day, said it was a mistake.. I have had no internet for 3 months now, keep paying but no service. Nobody can help me!! CALL Daily and NOTHING..
