No service for 3 months

<p>my business lines have been down for 3 months...meaning I have no adsl or normal telephone lines...I have had to rack up costs on my cellphone for data and voice calls....this is effecting my business and when you call the call center they say that an technician will be out and they have logged a fault every day we call them they say they will get back to us...yet they still charge for line rental and rental of equipment...this is very frustrating as don't even supply us with an alternative solution </p>
