No service, false promises and lies!!!

Telkom has now for the 3rd time sent me SMS's promising me installation. Order No. ***. Phoned 10210 and spoke to a guy by the name of Degree. He refused to give me the name and phone number of the technician. He refused to phone me back after talking to the technician. He told me that he cannot make outgoing calls... so how did he phone the technician??? I still don't know when a technician is coming out to install my line. He kept me holding on the line for about half an hour after i explained that I am phoning from my cellphone. Was this long wait done deliberately???
