No service even After 4 weeks of calling daily!

<p>I logged a fault on the 22nd of december 2016. Its been almost a month and I am still waiting. Last week a technician came to our premises but did not fix the problem. I have been calling every day yet there is not even a technician assigned to us? What does one have to do in order to get some attention!?</p>
