No service

My mom is a pensioner and relies a lot on the telecommunications service but it has been quite frustrating getting any assistance from this company as when a call has been logged for issues pending since last year October and empty promises made by consultants to call us back to resolve these issues were totally disregarded. Further more the company's system tells a different story to the effect that the issue was resolved. To make matters worse the telephone services were suspended and yet charges by the telephone service company was sent for payment. It's now not acceptable for a company of such magnitude to behave in such a manner.
