No Service

I have been a Telkom customer for years and last year I was happy that there is a Telkom shop in Upington Kalahari Mall. But to this day whenever I go to them for help they have all the excuses even on simple things like: Sim-swap they cant activate the internet on the Sim. I ask them to help me setup a debit order for my account they cant. I consult them about my ADSL speed they cant help. I asked them about reconnection of line still they cant help. I think i am more tech savvy more than all of the staff. So I'm asking myself why are they there? They never have solutions. I cant say bad service because there is no service at all.
