No service, don't want the telkom package

After clearly stating to telkom sales department I do not need the package which was delivered afterwards to my house an send numerous emails asking them to come and fetch the package. I also called the sales department to collect. This is the second month still waiting for them to come and collect the product which is still sealed never used and I'm still getting billed for it. This is affecting my credit score as you telkom have stop the debit order but you haven't stop sending me invoices and on your latest invoice it shows that I missed payments. Please come an fetch this device as previously indicated as I do not need it. I have uncapped Fibre an a Red VIP line from vodacom.
