No service delivery, delayed contact

<p>We keep having service interruption - phone line and internet line dead. Then they take DAYS to simply ASSIGN someone to the case. Try contact them and all they give is a canned response : "the procedure is that you must wait till the technician contacts you"</p> <p> </p> <p>Why do I pay when I don't receive what I pay for??</p>
