NO SERVICE DELIVERY

My father passed away in 2020, I have tried everything to try and get the refund on this account which was closed one week after his death. I have phoned emailed various departments and nothing!!!!! All you get is a reference number and a quote saying they will contact you but nothing!!! All documentation has been submitted 6 times!!!! This is now holding back the closure of the Estate. Service is really pathetic.
