NO SERVICE DELIVERY ANYMORE!!

<p>Order no: ********** 54 Acc ********** 43002 Elizabeth Pelser. App**** for ADSL line and Wifi special as per internet. Got sms installation will be 30 Aug. Took off from work (unpaid) to be at home for installation. On 30th I got sms the installation has been moved to 06.09.2016. One day - waisted. Called call centre who informed me technicians on strike. On 06.09.2016 I got sms confirming technicians will install today. Took off from work (unpaid). Contractor pitched at 14h00 only to find out there are no lines that can be connected to my house. He (Leon) reported the cables and lines with Telkom. Late the afternoon he was informed nobody has responded to his request and he could not do anything as he has no right to work on the cable issue. ON 07.09.2016 received anoter sms technicians are on their way. Took another day off (unpaid). Contated the contractor who confirmed he still has no answer from Telkom. Phoned the call centre and spoke to Angel Sibiso. She informed me she will investigate but I know for sure I will receive no response from her. So if you can show me that there is still some sort of service. please respond to me!!!!!! 3 days unpaid leave for nothing really demands an apology for your poor pathetic service!!!!!!</p>
