No service delivery and getting billed for nothing!

i ordered adsl more than 6 weeks ago and after weekly phone calls to the call center i am left with nothing week after week. You are wasting my time and money (+- 10 phone calls and +- 20mins waiting time for each). To make matters worse i now see that i am getting billed for something that is non existent. I think it is time to get legally involved because this is theft and violation of contract. This is wrong in so many ways
