No service delivery

<p>Called telkom a month ago about the line that's not working and line laying on the floor was told it will be fixed they called 2 weeks ago to say it's fixed the line has not been fixed we now have crossed lines and the line is still laying on the floor we have a child 4 years old I hate to see what happens if he by accident touches that line I fear for his safety I called telkom back to say that they have to send somebody seen that it's a serious safety Hazzard the lady I spoke to told me that they will see when they have time to come fix it its been 2 weeks now and not a single word from telkom we keep getting other people's calls and if we dial our home number it goes through to somebody else's line please help .</p>
