No service delivery

Telkom undoubtedly has THE worst service of any company in SA. They ignored dozens of emails and telephone calls over a period of 3 months after sending me statements containing incorrect amounts and lacking EFT payment details. Despite payment, my wifi has been disconnected for three days with still no communication forthcoming. Stay away from this company if you want to save yourself headaches and frustration.
