No service delivery

The technician came to my house I showed him the problem. He said he has to fix something on the exchange. 90 min later I phoned the call centre to find out what is going on and left a message that the technician must contact me because my adsl is completely offline since he left. 30 mins later he phoned me stating that he went home as it was late. So 2 hours later I find out the technician goes home without servicing the client and leaves me unopperational. My wife runs a company from home where she needs to be online the whole time. This is pathetic service.

Noleen I am still an unhappy client as my problem still not been resolved.
I have logged two faults in the last two weeks regarding the same problem on my Telkom Adsl line. The FIRST fault (512CTK05016) was closed about 3 days later, yet their was no technician onsite to find out what exactly my problem is or to confrim that my problem was resolved. The SECOND fault (12CTK110716) was attended by a Technician (Alfred) on Thursday, he came to my house had no clue where to start looking for the fault even after showing him exactly what my probelm was. H e went outside for 10 mins and said my line should be fine and after testing and showing him again my problem was still not resolved. He said he is going to the exchange (wich is 3km from my house) to fix something. 90mins later I phoned the fault line only to find that he went home. Eventually when he phoned me back he said that he had to drop off keys and it was late. He returned the next morning without an appointment, harrasing my wife to open for him as he had left his equipment onsite the day before. I had to phone the call centre from my office to get him to leave my wife alone and leave my premisses. I was promised by variuos agents that a supervisor/manager will contact me regarding this matter and yet no one has phoned me. Today I got a phone call from the call centre asking if my fault was resolved, I told them no it is still not resloved and that it is affecting my wifes business she is running from home. Apparently a technician (Peter) was sent to resolve my fault. I recieved an sms stating that the fault was resolved but yet again no tech was onsite, no one phoned me to ask to test my line and yet the tech said he resolved my issue. If he was not onsite to check my fault how can he resolve my fault and how can he close my fault without checking with the customer if it resolved. I logged a THIRD fault (208CTK160716) today as I still have the same problem with the latency on my ADSL Line. I am home from 4pm in the afternoons. I expect that a manager phone me to explain why the techs are closing the faults without testing or confirming with the client. I want some answers regarding this pathetic service delivery. I am paying for a 4Mbps ADSL line and due to no service delivery I am barely getting 1% of my line speed.

My faults have still not been attended to even after being on the phone every afternoon with telkom. What do I need to do just to get the service I am paying for. I have spent R500 extra this month on 3G data as I can not work on my Telkom adsl line.
No one has made contact with me.
