No service delivery

<p>I started an application for the May deal on May 2 to date I haven't received any product. I spent 20 minutes with a consultant filling an application form who told me things would happen starting 48hrs thereafter. It has been over 480 hrs and nothing yet.My money has been taken oh yes, that they were too good in doing but delivering a product is still to happen. I have been online with their Facebook who promises me the world but I get diddly squat. It seems like they just like using the messenger service on Facebook, maybe they get paid commission by using that service.</p>
