NO SERVICE DELIVERY!!!

I am so disgusted with Telkom Mobile. I have been waiting since end January for feedback on my upgrade. In February, I signed my upgrade contract but am still waiting for my handset. Today I get my latest invoice and my contract has been changed. I am being charged R456.50 for a R169 contract. Nobantu had shown excellent service. She is an asset to the Clearwater branch but your lack of support has made her unable to deliver my phone and then your accounts department has the audacity to penalise me. I need help. I am only with your company because of the product and recently even the quality of that is questionable as we constantly lose signal. PLEASE HELP
