No Service Delivery

It's sad when a paying customer (with a credit on their account), who is also a Senior Citizen dependent on their land line for medical reasons/emergencies and more, have to report a faulty line countless times. <br> <br> Without their landline for over two weeks already, countless visits to the Garden Route Mall Telkom Outlet, and yet still no satisfactory response or guarantee as to when the line will be repaired as they have no one to send out / who can do the job\.<br> <br> Shocking service delivery. Disappointing. Not even emails to the outlet
