No service delivery

Good day Leon here I have Adsl copper since vandalism hit I'm waiting almost 3 weeks now if seen openserve busy trying to fix what's left of the wire and left nothing else happening so I'm not a happy customer since I buy data now for phone as nothing is happening with the internet oh I'm so tired of the hearing they wil escalate the fault with all the reference numbers such bad service.
