no service delivered, no assistance but i get billed monthly

<p>i have a contract with telkom which i got in december. that samsung is not working anymore. i then went to mall of the south and could have been assisted by edgar who dismally failed to do one simple thingbut was busy surfing the net and cahtting to his buddies. i then asked him to give me the phone so i can call the call centre that is where i was assisted the lady at the contact centre was also amazed that edgar could not assist. it was so pathetic and come to think of it, i have never received any proper service from that store. i am more that disgusted and annoyed</p>
