NO SERVICE / CUSTOMER CARE

<p>This is my second complaint on Hellopeter about Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am being charged for a 4Meg line and not even getting 1MEG of speed. I have been charged for months and never recieved the service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called multiple times to the Customer Center and logged multiple faults. Their answer to my fault is that it is the Testing Center and there is nothing they can do. </p> <p> </p> <p>From my previousHellopeter complain someone called me bit nothing was done. EMPTY promised as always.</p>
