NO SERVICE, COSTING ME MONEY

<p>We ordered 1 voice and 1 ADSL line on the 9th of Feb 2017, was contacted and given a number for the dsl line within 2 weeks but nothing since. the voice line was installed just there after but when we connected a phone to it the line was dead and not working since, we logged a call and the tecnician arrived a week later(keep in mind this is a business and all our advertising and branding has this nr on) the technition checked and said there is problems with the cable but should be fixed within 3 to 4 days, 2 weeks later I called the call centre once again and was told that their manager will call me within 24 hours, that was the 16th March. today after holding for 52 minutes on my cell phone I was cut off again with no feedback. how can a business do business with no phone lines and no internet. This is realy pathetic service. and we received our first invoice to be paid already.</p> <p> </p>
