No service cannot transfer my DSL line to private service provider after two months

<p>I am trying to transfer my DSL line to a holding pool so that a private service provider can take it over. They phoned me after a month of waiting and said they going to transfer my line it will take two days. It is 3 weeks and nothing happend they cannot give me a answer when I phone. Do not now what to do ! no service from telkom.</p>
