NO SERVICE CALL CENTRE!

I've been trying to get hold of anyone to answer the 10210 customer care number now for weeks. Nobody answers the phones no matter which of the options you select. The longest I've been holding on to speak to anybody varies between 20 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes with still no one answering the phones. ONCE I was lucky and somebody picked up the receiver on the other end only to put it back down again WITHOUT SAYING A WORD....this after I've been waiting for over 30 minutes to get through!!! I've been trying the Telkom chat service which is another joke...nobody responded to any of the many times I've opened a new chat request. Due to TERRIBLE SERVICE I'm trying to CANCEL my data line as I've joined MWEB which gives great service. If only I can get through on the phone line as at the store they cant help me and referred me back to 10210. Even if the calls to their number from a landline if free...SOMEBODY SHOULD STILL ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Pathetic is an understatement, they are useless!!!
