No Service by #1 Useless Telkom Provider SM195258

Thank goodness, Telkom never disappoints.<br> <br> I ordered a Samsung device from Telkom the 12th of Jan, Money was deducted but no device has been delivered upto date.<br> Then I reported the problem to Telkom online call centre and for the last 30 + days I get and apology and we are investigating but no solution.<br> Then on the 1st of Feb I logged it on Hello Peter to get a reference and again no feedback or service. The 18th I logged it again on Hello peter to get the same useless response. TELKOM you are the most USELESS provider with no service what so ever.<br> <br> SM 195258 is the service number assigned to this call, but it will do nothing because you do not know how to provide service.... PATHETIC
