No Service but wont cancel the contract

If i could give a rating in negative, i would. They have sold me a product to which there is no service where i reside. They have sent out 2 technicians and both had the same finding- no service in my area. I have been trying to get Telkom to cancel my contract and refund my money for months. I even escalated the matter to a so called team leader who will get back to be within 24 hrs. Its been 2 weeks and Sihle Mlambo refuses to respond to me. There is no service...there should not be a reason to not contact me with a date i will receive my refund. Extremely pathetic. I have been with Telkom for as long as i can remeber and this is pathetic.
