No service BUT very quick to make you PAY
<p>I have been sitting without any internet for the past 3 weeks, all the while telkom is reasuring me that they will compensate me for my time without access. Guess what? I ge my invoice and its the FULL amount.....</p> <p> </p> <p>So i MUST pay for a full months internet access for barely a weeks access.... what utter bulldust, I have been struggling to get this sorted with your USELESS tech company OPEN SERVE but i get no where. I have had them phone me and make promesses to come to my house to sort the issue out and every time the promise to come i have to take a days worth of leave drive 40km back from my work place to my house ( sometimes more like on tuesday where i had to drive from Graskop to white river 75km) only to sit there the whole day and pick my nose as no one shows up...</p> <p> </p> <p>You will come and fix this NOW or i will be removing your poll off my property and dumping it at a ******* dump and you will cancel any and all contracts i have with you AS WELL AS paying for all the data bills i have with MTN because of your lack of service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reference Numbers: ( seeing as your techs closed the first ticket and saying it was resolved without even coming to my house, i dont even think they know where i live) 21CTK290117, 98CTK050217.</p>
