no service but takes money from pensioners

almostyear my gran has no service you still charge her a monthly fee a pensioner . maybe works 3 days then out for 3 months service like this continuing a year long yet you charge full payment to a pensioner (whats wrong with you people????) ,she really needs the telephone but nope , telkom doesnt care but you will charge her for it . wait even tho i complained numerous times on your pages nothing . your page admins actually get paid to do nothing with pensioners money who gets no service . not cool .
