No service but expect payments

<p>Im utterly disgusted with the lack of none service from Telkom, my line has been out of order since 2015 i do not have airtime to be calling your call centres everytime it goes off, iv logged numerious queries for the rent to be credited back as it never worked, but i was told i needed to log a fault.
