No service but accounts!

Our home was damaged in the fire in Brenton on Sea. We have no service since 7th June and no telephone line! Although we have sent the cancellation document through numerous times and even got the response for it, we still get bills as well as legal threats!!!! Our house will only be ready for occupation in October but Telkom threatens legal action!!! We have stood in ques at the local Telkom direct and spoken to them on 3 occasions but no joy!!!!!!!
