NO Service ( business line down ) no one can help ?????

They say we </p> <p>are in a high risk area , and they need to decide if they will replace the line >>>>>???</p> <p>Can not beleive that for a moment ,,, The first time since I moved to this area that somethimg like </p> <p>this happens ...</p> <p>In the mean time I loose bussiness ...</p> <p>Unexeptable ...</p> <p>worse then ESkom</p>
