No service at the Telkom The Glen Branch

I am actually appalled at the 0,5% of service at this particular branch.

I went in and waited til my waiting ran out, about 6 consultants…4 busy with one customer each, meaning 2 consultants per customer, then the other consultant served a customer who walked in and found me there, I continued to wait until 2 consultants were done with one customer and guess what, my wait continued, so I walked out cause for a person who knows how to serve, this is unprofessional.

Please improve, cause I cant even say “there’s a room for improvement”, the improvement gap is the size of a city.
