No service at telkom

So a thunderstorm hit my telkom pole and with that my adsl line got damage also the wire is lose and the one in my house is open now! Phoning them 2times already with a dead line so automatically im phoning from my cellphone r200 later for 2 calls i asked them to mark it as urgent having kids and animals around these open wires is asafety hazard!! Still no one showed up to fix it im tired of logging faults. Im a loyal costumer but now im really getting frustrated.
