NO SERVICE AT TELKOM

On 2 June 2021 we logged a problem with Telkom due to our land and internet line being down. The case number is 29CTZ020621. We expected that the issue would be resolved within a day or two. We were informed that the problem is a "bulk problem" in our area and that technicians are attending to the problem. On 7 June 2021, almost a week later, a Telkom operator advised that no technician has been appointed as of yet.... Pathetic Telkom!
