No service at Telkom

This is my second compliant on this plat form. I was informed that my complaint had been resolved and was given the following reference number: AI ********** .

The story is... I cancelled my line in March 2018, spoken to several people, went into the Mall@Reds and Centurion Mall branches several times and I have now been handed over! I will never use Telkom's services again, there is no service. On my internet profile I do not have any outstanding balances or services but yet I owe money?? Can someone competent please help me and provide proof that the matter has been resolved.
