No service at Telkom

My ISP is Telkom. My emails went down on 18 October. I have called Telkom every single day, twice a day. I have 3 reference numbers. Managers/Team leaders at your call centre do not call me back. My connection to the server is not encrypted. My emails have been hacked. Today I went to the Telkom store near me and they too cannot help as it is a technical issue. I am at my wits end... Is there no one at Telkom that can resolve my issue!
