No service at Key West Telkom

I went to Telkom in Key West in Krugersdorp and every time when I want to buy data or top up my account they would help me but I have had it. So I went to Telkom again on Monday to buy data and they refuse to help me with no explanation or anything, I received no service at all and had to come all the way home with no data and putting my work in jeopardy because I couldn't get any service from Telkom. I will never return again
