NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!***

I have emailed, phoned and logged complaints but NO ONE BOTHERS TO HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have requested for my details to be correct that TELKOM CAPTURED INCORRECTLY! I HAVE REQUESTED FOR MY STATEMENT AND BILLING INFORMATION! Telkom understand this, its not my problem if you have *********** people who load incorrect details, I have tried and I will not be held responsible.
