<p>Telkom came to install the new wireless phone in my home and promised to come and have a look at it when I reported that it is not working since installation, they have not come yet, it is a week now that I am without a telephone and they keep promising to come and fix it and knowone comes to my aid, I am an elderly lady and need this phone for emergencies</p>
