No service at all from telkom staff

I did a online application for a LTE wifi combo online and since the 15th of May 2020 I did not hear anything and the agent I work with just promising to give me a call and it does not happen and the is going on like he is owning Telkom SA if I send him a message he just tells me to relax he will get back to me every day the same story and I need to ask for feed back... Poor service I'm telling you I'm on that point to change all my cellphone contracts that I have with telkom to a other service provider
