NO SERVICE AT ALL FROM TELKOM BROADBAND AGENT

<p>On 20 June 2016 in the morning I faxed my fully completed application form for the Wi Fi package of 30GB to a Telkom Broadband agent, Wesley Venables and to date, 14/7/2016, he does not have an outcome for me!! He NEVER returns my calls. I actually hound him now on cell phone, because it seems the more time after another I call the more frustrated he gets and eventually he answered. His response to not answering? - busy with a client!!! I complained on FB, I sent messages and eventually on Monday 11/7/2016 SOMEONE from Sales in Pta office contacted me, but giving NO OUTCOME TO MY FRUSTRATION, also promising to send me an email and contact this Wesley and will revert back to me. TO DATE NOTHING!!!! Who can assist me to apply for a contract with Telkom for wi-fi package of 30GB @ R499/month???????????????</p>
