No service at all

Telkom work on a Telkom board on 21 November. The board was not even for our building. On Monday 23 November the whole buildings phones where out of order. After reporting it, they promised this will be urgent because it effect business. They finally pitch friday 27 November. The so called technicion was not even 10 minutes at the building, guess what, my phone is still out or order. I have a ref number, but it means nothing. I had to use my cellphone on my costs, for a week. They just don't care. TELKOM SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!!!
